Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship within the USA. We offer FREE Shipping to the U.S. on orders $60 or more. 

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed and shipped in 4-5 business days. You can also choose Expedited shipping at checkout (2 days).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam/trash folders, or email us at hello@beethebestyoujournal.com for further support. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

It may delay processing time if inaccurate or incomplete address information is provided. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Bee The Best You charges a sales tax for all US orders. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments. Bee The Best You in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state.

How can I change my order?

If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your order, or change your address, please contact hello@beethebestyoujournal.com as soon as possible. As orders begin processing quickly, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order, however, we will do our best.

I didn't receive my package

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information should it have been delivered there instead.
